We at the Integrative Medicine & Holistic Health Association are proud to create a potent combination of many healing modalities. The following is a list of eligibility requirements for participation in the Professional Provider Network. We are currently including the following practitioners for participation:

Acupuncture– Must be licensed and have graduated from an accredited school of acupuncture and passed the NCCAOM board exam (or California equivalent)
Traditional Chinese Medicine– Must be licensed and have graduated from an accredited school & and passed the NCCAOM board exam (or California equivalent)
Chiropractic- Must be licensed and have graduated from an accredited school of Chiropractic and passed the national board exam.
Therapeutic Massage/Bodywork/Shiatsu/Acupressure, etc.- Must be licensed in the state in which they practice.
Naturopathic Doctors– Graduated from a Council on Naturopathic Medical Education (CNME)-accredited naturopathic medical program and successful completion of the Naturopathic Physician Licensing Examination (NPLEX) parts I and II.
Homeopathy Practitioners– tbd
Meditation and Stress Reduction Therapies– Must have at least 200 documented hours of Meditation/Mind-Body specific training.
Ayurveda– Must be licensed and have graduated from an accredited school and have a minimum of 500 hours of training.
Yoga Therapists – Must have at least 700 documented hours of training.
Yoga Teachers– Must have at least 500 documented hours of training.
Tai Chi & Qi Gong Teachers– Must have at least 500 documented hours of training.
Integrative Medicine provided by a licensed & qualified M.D., D.O., PA, NP, RN, etc.- Must be licensed and have graduated from an accredited school of Medicine and passed the national board exam in their respective field. Must have a minimum of 500 hours of documented, integrative/holistic specific training and be practicing as such.
Integrative or Functional Nutrition Counseling -from a qualified & licensed nutrition practitioner or medical professional in their state.
Holistic/Integrative Health Coach– Must have completed/graduated from a certification program with a minimum of 60 hours of holistic coach training.
Schools & Universities of Integrative Medicine– Participation of schools will be determined on a case-by-case basis, which potentially include students, faculty, staff, and administration. Please contact us to learn how you can potentially participate.

We understand that this list is only a partial list of all the holistic healing methods that are out there, and we are willing to consider the addition of a more comprehensive list. Especially if other evidence based, cost effective treatment modalities can be demonstrated valid for inclusion.
